This website operates without analytics, advertising cookies or account creation. The offer qualification forms store submitted business applications so BGS can review and answer them manually.
What the website does
Only the route you choose transmits data.
The fit page prepares a message locally in your browser and opens your email application. The website does not transmit or store the fields. Business Growth Studio receives the content at its dedicated written address only if you choose to send the email; Pedro Ivo Spatial remains the legal controller.
The Personal Trainer Growth Foundation and Spatial Operator Growth Foundation qualification forms are different: when you submit one, the business information and your acknowledgment choices are stored in the website's protected application database for manual fit review and response.
The spatial-operator form may internally flag unresolved authority, outputs, account responsibility, timing or investment readiness so a person can review the application consistently. It does not automatically accept or reject an applicant.
This site does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies and does not use a CRM, booking tool, upload field or payment system.
When you contact or apply
Purpose and handling.
To receive and respond to your inquiry, assess business fit, prevent duplicate processing and take steps you request before a possible agreement.
Pre-contractual steps at your request and legitimate interests in answering business communications.
Unsuccessful qualification applications are normally deleted or anonymised within 180 days after the final fit decision. Records connected to an agreement may be retained longer where needed for the relationship, legal duties or dispute handling. An optional update preference is stored with the application and can be withdrawn by email.
Pedro Ivo Spatial and only the service providers needed to operate business email, hosting and the protected application database, subject to their applicable safeguards.
Your rights
Ask, correct, object or delete.
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact privacy@pedroivospatial.nl. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
