How BGS works

Before you buy more marketing, find what is actually blocking progress.

BGS turns a vague feeling that “something is not working” into a specific business decision. Then we test, define and build only what that decision requires.

The working method

From “something is wrong” to a decision you can act on.

01

Strategy — find the real constraint

Look at the offer, buyer, client path and operating reality before deciding that the answer is a website, content, advertising or another tool.

02

Validation — answer the risky question

Test the assumption most likely to make the idea succeed or fail, using the smallest credible commitment and a clear stop rule.

03

Offer — make the decision buyable

Turn what survives into a plain-language offer with a recognisable buyer, useful outcome, bounded scope and clear next step.

04

Execution — build what the decision needs

BGS Studio implements the approved work in the client’s name, documents it and uses the result to inform the next decision.

No sunk-cost theatre

You do not pay to keep every idea alive.

A useful answer may be to proceed, change direction or stop. The purpose of the method is to improve the next business decision—not to manufacture more work.

Act

The evidence supports one defined next move and the scope is clear enough to execute.

Revise

The direction has value, but the offer, message, process or scope needs to change first.

Stop

The evidence does not support further investment. The learning is kept; unnecessary spend is not.

What stays yours

Ownership is designed into delivery.

Accounts, source assets, copy, process notes and operational access remain visible and recoverable. Handover is part of the work—not a favour at the end.

The exact technical ownership model depends on the chosen stack, but the standard does not change: avoid hidden dependencies and make recovery possible.
